Her eclectic background in multiple industries, both white and blue collar, makes her incredibly adaptable. This background also provides her with unique insights into identifying workflow challenges and transforming them into streamlined processes, policies, and tools that improve communication, accuracy, and productivity. She has been recognized for building strong relationships, learning new systems quickly, and creating structure in fast‑moving environments.

Dawn Marie is committed to increasing her awareness of the complexities of relationships between people and their environments (both social and physical), so she enjoys her time away from the office engaging with Torah, philosophical texts and teachings, traditional stories from many different cultures, and even entertainment to deepen her insights into those relationships.
